All service levels will be agreed on with the client however our company will be able to provide the following service levels:-
- Within eight hours of receipt of a recovery file, we shall acknowledge receipt and take the necessary action.
- We shall at all times maintain a functioning diary system and follow up diarized files within 5 working days.
- Maintain an adequate filing system to enable rapid tracing of files. The files shall be neatly maintained and all incoming and outgoing correspondence shall be retained in them in date order.
- 100% of all incoming mail shall be coupled with the relevant file and responded thereto within three working days of receipt. All outgoing mail shall reflect a reference number, date and the name of the author.
- Telephone calls will be returned within 48 hours and on exception within 72 hours.
